Who are we?
After 6 years experience of holding MOH/NDHB contracts to integrate
and co-ordinate health services within Kaipara, KCI evolved into
a Primary Health Organisation (PHO) for the area serviced by Dargaville
Medical Centre and Te Ha O Te Oranga (Dargaville) on 1st April 2003.

The community of the KCI PHO will pride themselves in
being well. This will be achieved through the co-ordination and
co-operation of all PHO providers to ensure the whole community,
family and whanau is cared for in a culturally acceptable and
appropriate manner, thus minimising secondary care intervention. |

be readily accessible to all who require them, resident and visitor
